A2: Our standard MOQ is 1 ton. We also support LCL (Less than Container Load) for different combined items.

A3: Yes, we offer free samples. While the buyer initially covers shipping costs, we refund the shipping charges once a formal order is placed.
Q4: How long does it take to fulfill an order?
A4: For customized logos and packaging, it takes approximately 2 weeks. For our standard brand items, orders are typically processed within 7-10 days.
Q5: Do you offer OEM and ODM services?
A5: Absolutely. We provide full OEM & ODM support, along with access to a wide selection of items from our existing sub-brands.
