For standard designs, samples cost $100–$300. Turnaround is approximately 5–8 business days for a first sample, and each revision takes 3–5 business days.

Is the sample fee refundable?

For long-term partners, we waive sample costs. For first-time clients, if your final order reaches 3,000+ units and the sample fee was $300 or less, we'll refund the full sample cost.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard terms are 30% T/T deposit after order confirmation, with the balance paid in full before shipping. For small orders, we require full payment upfront or a 50% deposit.
