The paradigm shift toward premiumization, clean-label formulation, and ancestral biological requirements.
Consumers globally demand absolute transparency. All-natural formulations require the exclusion of artificial stabilizers, chemical synthetic preservatives, and genetically modified organisms (non-GMO). Our R&D is geared toward single-source and limited-ingredient diets (LID) that mitigate allergen responses in domestic dogs and cats.
Domesticated animals are increasingly viewed as foundational family members. This demographic and sociological shift translates to demand for human-grade ingredients. Consequently, processing technologies must prevent amino acid degradation while preserving essential raw vitamins, microelements, and native protein structures.
Modern veterinary science associates longevity directly with gut health and metabolic balance. The industry has shifted significantly toward functional treats—integrating organic compounds such as propolis, beetroot, raw cartilage, and hypoallergenic protein alternatives to manage gastrointestinal sensitivity.
Our commitment to cutting-edge preservation and safety methodologies.
Our freeze-drying facilities subject raw pet food to rapid blast freezing down to -40°C. In the subsequent vacuum sublimation chamber, ice crystals transition directly to water vapor under low pressures, preserving cellular structures, taste profiles, and raw nutrients without heat damage.
To comply with zero-tolerance pathogen standards (Salmonella, Listeria, E. coli), we implement strict thermal profiles and high-pressure processing compatibility. Critical control points (CCP) are analyzed inside our ISO-accredited laboratory using PCR testing methodologies.
Leveraging specialized hybrid barriers such as Pet-Kraft laminates, our packaging solutions limit oxygen and moisture transmission rates (OTR and MVTR). This chemical-free stabilization method guarantees extended shelf life while avoiding synthetic preservatives.
Strategic geographic and systemic advantages driving efficiency for global brands.
Operating a 12,000-square-meter facility in Guangzhou yields significant logistics benefits. Guangzhou stands at the center of the Pearl River Delta, one of the world's most advanced logistics corridors, providing access to international shipping ports, airports, and raw ingredient suppliers.
This streamlined operational loop lowers total landed costs while keeping our processes highly adaptable—allowing brands to test formulations with low minimum order quantities (MOQs) before scaling to mass distribution.
Customizing recipes and packaging to comply with regional veterinary and commercial standards.
We formulate pet foods to meet AAFCO Nutrients Profiles for "All Life Stages" or "Adult Maintenance." Production adheres to FDA Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA) guidelines, utilizing preventive controls and clean ingredient declarations to simplify customs clearance.
For European markets, we ensure raw material traceability back to EU-approved farms. The products comply with Regulation (EC) No 1069/2009 and Regulation (EU) No 142/2011, assuring the exclusion of high-risk materials and confirming health safety standards through official CIQ certifications.
For Japan, Korea, and Southeast Asia, our R&D adapts to unique nutritional preferences and weather conditions. This includes formulating moisture-resilient cat pouch foods, single-serve wet snacks, and active dental bones that maintain structural integrity in high humidity.
